Patrick Hylant Jr.
Client Executive
Too often, insurance agents try to be all things to all clients. Some dabble in a number of areas without paying close attention to any one of them. In healthcare, that's just not possible. This industry, its laws and regulations, shift too dramatically and too quickly to maintain a mere passing interest.
Because of that, I draft and finalize written service timelines for each of my clients. That way, everyone is on the same page, all the time—and there are no surprises.
It shouldn't be the client's responsibility to remind an agent to do his job. The best healthcare agents stay on top of the industry and keep their clients up to date on everything concerning their insurance programs.
Healthcare workers have far more important issues to worry about than their insurance. They need an agent dedicated to understanding the specific needs of their business and are committed to serving their best interests.
